- JBJoanna BesleyFeb 23, 20261.0Very poor service . Twice in the past year they have rang the day before my dogs groom and canceled saying they didn’t realise he needs two groomers and two hours. Groom was booked two months in advance. Now can’t get in anywhere and needs his groom. No communication or checking the dogs details untill the last minute. Very unhappy with the service. On another occasion also rang last minute saying they need to reschedule. People have jobs and children and we book our pets in for grooms in advance to plan around this.

Tried to phone to discuss but it’s impossible to speak to anyone - the phone just rings and rings!!!! Would not recommend
