  We have been with these vets for many years (over 15 years) and with all our pets. Recent we had to have our cat put down which was disturbing for me as she was very old and a part of our family. I had to make the decision then and knew to expect a bill over a hundred pound but was not told about how much it would be. Then recieved a bill for £298 which was shocking and couldn't afford to pay in one go and asked to pay half this month and the rest next. So after being threatened with bailiffs and court by a rude woman on the phone they agreed. We also received a letter telling us to not use them anymore for our pets care. Maybe the change of company recent but I would avoid using these vets now as it's all about money not your pet care.

  After losing my previous dog, who was very sick for two years, I wanted a fresh start at a different clinic to avoid painful memories. Registering my newly adopted dog here was easy, but unfortunately, the service afterwards was very disappointing.I brought my new dog in for vaccinations. Because she was recently adopted, she had an itchy ear and a runny eye. The vet correctly advised delaying the vaccine until she healed, which I understood. We booked a follow-up appointment for three weeks later.Two weeks in, her eye was still watering badly. I called to request a different treatment. I was told I had to bring her in again. When I explained that frequent visits were becoming difficult, I was told a phone consultation was possible but would still be charged. I decided to just wait for our scheduled vaccination appointment. However, when I arrived, the clinic had completely lost my booking. Her eye was still not healed, she did not get her vaccine, and the trip was a total waste of time. I have used multiple vets in Taunton due to my previous dog's illnesses, and this Vet was unfortunately not a good experience. I have now happily returned to my previous veterinary practice.

  I can not rate Tone Vets highly enough . The care they offer and provide to my dogs is of the highest standard. The dogs are happy when they visit and all the staff are totally brillent . Thank you Tone Vets ...
