Big thank you to the staff at Taunton cutting our puppy’s nails for the first time. Their tails almost wagged themselves off with the amount of love from staff.
Rolo and Hershey will be back for their first groom soon!

I visited the Pets at Home Taunton store today for a slightly unusual challenge\! My partner was playing a game with his football team where they had to visit any shop and spend exactly £1.25. As we have animals at home, I thought Pets at Home was the perfect choice — at least we could get something useful at the same time!
The only problem was finding something that came to exactly £1.25. While I was looking around and struggling to make the amount up, a very kind member of staff offered to help. She went above and beyond, walking around the store with me to find suitable items and even going back and forth to the scales to weigh out dog treats so that we could get the total to exactly £1.25
It was such a small thing, but her patience, kindness and willingness to help really stood out. She could easily have just pointed me in the direction of something, but instead she took the time to help me complete our rather random challenge!
My receipt says I was served by Ray, although I’m not completely sure whether that was her name as I actually forgot to take the receipt, so a very kind manager went out the back to re-print me another one. So apologies if I have the wrong name. Either way, I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely member of staff who helped me today. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the Taunton store. 🐾❤️

The shop is not bad very stocked. Customer service is however lacking. We were looking for wax worms and the last pot left was really gone most of it inside so I asked if they would discount it ( as they usually do) but the lady at till just rudely said " No we dont do discount". First of all, yes you do. Second , it can be said with better manners. So not the best experience here.
