The shop is not bad very stocked. Customer service is however lacking. We were looking for wax worms and the last pot left was really gone most of it inside so I asked if they would discount it ( as they usually do) but the lady at till just rudely said " No we dont do discount". First of all, yes you do. Second , it can be said with better manners. So not the best experience here.

Terrible service, accusing people of shop lifting which apparently happened weeks ago! But been in 3/4 times since and been served, by the MANAGER!
Wouldn’t give names when questioned, walked away when confronted and then some blonde thing kept shouting “don’t take videos”?! It was a picture love!
If she had explained who she was instead of interrupting myself and her work colleague I wouldn’t have had reason to think she was just a scruffy member of the public butting in on my 10 minute long conversation with shop assistant who was half way through serving me before you turned into Hetty Wainthrop
Seriously bad attitudes, lack of people skills and judgment! It’s no wander James Bailey the chief executive has had issues with this store and its staff!
