Came in today looking for rabbits which weren't available in store, my mum asked the lady (which I assume was a manager as she was wearing a different uniform to everyone) if she knew if any other branches had rabbits available, she very abruptly responded "you'd be better off ringing them yourself" she then walked off. So if you find yourself in this store in need of any assistance, I'd strongly recommend avoiding the larger lady with poorly done blonde highlights. Thanks x
