Took my zuchon for a groom whilst on holiday. As I was a new customer they called me after booking online to discuss requirements etc. Was sent a couple of follow up messages after that. On the day I was slightly delayed and I messaged them, they were brilliant. Lulu was given a good check over prior to groom and design/length/health etc all discussed. I was thrilled with the groom Emily gave Lulu and with the welcome and rapport with the salon in general. Highly recommend

I was very impressed today by how helpful Penny was to me. Very knowledgeable, I learnt a huge amount about puppies diet. It was a lovely experience and then also another member of staff helped me chose chews suitable for both and old dog and a puppy.

hamster cages are too small. There was a Syrian hamster I saw in a cage that was barely 20cm across. Although it’s a temporary one, it causes so much stress for the hamsters and that’s on top of being stared at all the time. Please get bigger cages for them to stay in.
