Other vets i have been to do not seem to care as much about rodents as they do for cats and dogs, but not here. I took my guinea pig Teddy here and they were wonderful as soon as i walked in. I felt completely comfortable leaving her there for tests and treatment as i knew that would give her the best care possible, people that truly cared. Thank you so much to every single person that works there, it is thanks to all of you that she is doing so fantastically. Could not recommend this place enough.
- VVvicswellJun 12, 20265.0We took our pooch here to be neutered as our usual CVS vets didn't have particularly great days available for an appointment. On the day, we were greeted by two lovely receptionists, who didn't make us feel at all awkward when the pooch did a little pee in the reception area. The nurse that did the pre-op check was kind and explained everything we needed to know. She was great with the pooch, who had no issues at all following her to the kennel area. I got a little upset leaving him, and both the nurse and receptionist were lovely to me. The operation went quick and when we arrived, the nurse explained aftercare, gave us medication instructions and answered even more questions we had. All in all, the experience was manageable because of the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kind - just what you need when you take your pet to the vets! Thank you so much!!

My dog Pipsie seems to enjoy visiting and their Pet Club is a good idea to stay on top of vaccinations etc. All the clinical team I have met I have been impressed by and a special mention goes to the reception team - always super helpful on the phone and lovely to chat to whilst we are waiting.
