I cannot stress enough that you should avoid this Vet Practice. My dog was treated here for two health issues, of which we were scammed on both of our post-op care appointments. They avoided including this both times of which we pay insurance for, leaving us with a bill outside of the claims. The first time, I caught them and had to fight for months and eventually got through to upper management to get the post op care for his cruciate ligament surgery; the receptionist involved on this first occasion were abusive towards me which left a very sour feeling and was treated seriously when management got involved. Regretfully, shortly after he needed another op on his infected tooth, and again, they gave him antibiotics and charged me for the visit outside of the claim despite it being post op care. After paying thousands for a surgery a few months prior, they chased me for £32.50 and even sent it to collections. Pet Plan backed me and the agency dropped the charges, but the vet has still blocked me from allowing my dog to be seen. They have been billing me for my health care plan through their vet at the same time as not allowing me to be seen. I will have to claim back charges. When I have told them my new puppy was having health issues, and I needed to be seen, they refused over the £32.50 which I promptly just paid over the phone over how ridiculous it is and the fact I'm concerned for our new puppy's health. I was scammed yet again, and I still remain blocked and can't be seen. Of course at this point I am furious and had words with the receptionists which have told me they aren't the people to complain to (who else who I speak to without going through them first? haha) I was treated as if I was fighting them over £32.50 like I just hadn't dropped thousands with them, and that my concerns were invalid. I should have trusted my instincts and moved my older dog after the first surgery. They only care about money and not the pets, proven today over a ridiculous £32.50 bill.

I cannot believe how above and beyond they went when my cat passed away, they didnt pressure me or my wife to hurry alone our goodbyes and gave us all the time we needed to come to grips with the options that were given to us. We were given our cats ashes back today and they did us photos, hair clipping in little glass jars and beautiful pictures of his paw prints that were put in a lovely box. Couldn't thank the staff enough for being so kind and friendly.
