- CKCharlotte KingDec 8, 20221.0I’m very happy with the vet that came out and treated and the practice, but the lady I called up and spoke to seemed rude and quite disrespectful I had been told information and then was told differently she had asked me to pay more then I expected and was told earlier in the week , then got an apology message saying it was a mistake and she still proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I just felt it was bad customer service and rude
