I went inside the other day. I normally have everything delivered or click & collect as I live with extreme chronic pain amongst other things. Everybody pleasant & helpful but, this 1 young lad was outstanding. He was helpful, patience, was extremely knowledgeable, he had a good personality to deal with customers. He really helped me out re my 2 precious, spoilt Shih Tzus. Even laughing at the lengths we go to, to ensure our precious pooches get the best food to keep them healthy. I'd tried everything. No matter what unless it was chicken breast, which doesn't give them what they need, they'd look at me & flounce off! 😂 He reminded me of my Son. He'll do well 🤞🏻🙏🏼 Pets at Home are lucky to have him.

My mother visited this store today after an issue that she has on a regular basis with dog food cans she purchases here. She needed 3 cans replacing that were pierced and not useable. The deputy manager asked her if she had her receipt which unfortunately she didn’t. The deputy manager David then made a snide remark about her not “managing” to have a receipt. Perhaps David needs to “manage” some customer service training and keep his snide remarks to himself
