- LTlee tinsleyOct 5, 20264.0Had to use there out if hours service. Yes expensive but when it's your pet! . Vet and nurse was fabulous. Did all they could for a cat. And gave us all the time we needed to say good bye to him .
- SCScott CookeOct 2, 20261.0Last night at 5pm our beautiful boy received a wasp bite on his leg, he was frantically un settled, so we called Haygate Wellington for support, they told us to bring him down and they can give him a steroid injection. We did, and the steroid injection did work well, however I run my own business, to the best of my ability and customer service is key along with looking after people is also a must. We spent a grand total of 30 minutes at there premises, having received said injection. The grand total due was £241. Just to add, we pay monthly for there pet care & are very loyal to Haygate, however going forward this may change. I honestly don't understand how they can calculate that amount, very disappointing, they claim to state they care for pets, I very much tend to disagree.

The staff member I spoke to was fantastic and acted super swiftly! Thank you for being so lovely.
