  Very good at wasting clients money! I recently returned to this practice as an old client, and the experience was nothing short of shocking. I called ahead and clearly explained that my dog has a heart murmur and had already received two conflicting diagnoses from two different vets — one recommending medication, the other advising against it. I chose this practice specifically because I was assured they understood the full history before the appointment was booked. I arrived 15 minutes early. There were no other clients waiting. Yet I was left sitting for 45 minutes, only to overhear the vet asking the receptionist, “Is this a one‑off appointment or is she coming back?” This was said before I had even been seen, which immediately made me feel dismissed and judged. When I finally went in, I had to repeat all the information I had already given over the phone, only to be told that my dog “needs a scan” to determine the heart murmur — a scan costing over £600. I explained that two other vets diagnosed the murmur without a scan, and the vet responded that all vets should be doing scans. No empathy, no reassurance, no explanation — just a push towards an expensive test. I left with no answers, no guidance, and no help whatsoever, yet was still charged £65 for an appointment that provided absolutely nothing of value. It felt like a cash‑cow operation, not a veterinary practice that cares about animals or their owners. The lack of empathy, the dismissive attitude, and the clear prioritisation of profit over care were appalling. As someone returning to a practice I once trusted, I should never have been treated like this. I will not be going back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this vets at all costs.

  Have been very helpfull the last week with the rabbits. Always freindly, very nice staff. Price isnt bad either
