I had an appointment booked to euthanize my very old bearded dragon. It took a lot to reach this decision and definitely wasn't am easy one to come to. Booked the appointment and the receptionist was very lovely and helpful. The usual reptile specialist vets were both unavailable however a different vet very kindly offered to help given the circumstances. Unfortunately my boy passed away overnight so the appointment wasn't needed. I called the inform the practice of this and the receptionist honestly didn't sound like they could have cared any less. Not so much as a sorry for your loss etc. Just a "that's cancelled now thank you". That's it. Maybe I'm a little sensitive given the circumstances but Jesus I don't think it's a lot to ask for especially when you've just lost your friend of 11yrs.

Absolutely exceptional service, care and attention today from the vet, Steph. My French bulldog Mabel, had what I believed to be a bone fragment in her gum right at the front. I thought it would work its way out as it was lifting at one end. Steph delivered a professional, friendly and animal-centered consultation which really put me at ease. She was exceptionally attentive and solution focussed. She managed with her colleague to remove (what I thought was bone) and was actually my dogs tooth after Mabel had been “mouthing” with our other dog, Pablo and the tooth had completely come away from the gum and lodged itself sideways with no tethers. The whole appointment was over and done within 15-20 minutes and Mabel was absolutely not traumatised, and neither was i! When the time came to pay, I was astonished by the price of £66 in the best way possible. This is without a doubt the most wonderful vets in Bridgnorth and Steph is an animal whisperer! A lovely lady and a great team all round. Hopefully not too soon, but If needs be they would be my first and only choice with the care and health of my animals. You can trust them with your pet and your purse. (A treat for Mabel for being such a good girl too).
