  Brilliant vets who supported me with two out of hours issues for my dog. First one was advice which really helped, and second my dog got a thorough check over and the help he needed. Would definitely recommend.

  My cat has been a patient here since September 2024. The level and consistency of care since his SCL diagnosis, with the same vet (Jo) involved throughout his care journey, has been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, the vet is happy to take phone calls and questions in between consultations. The vet is very calm and gentle with Jeffrey and clearly gives a lot of thought to his handling, because he does struggle and become very anxious when he goes. She always shows interest in how he has been, and I feel that she genuinely listens to any concerns that I might have for him. The business support staff are also brilliant, and they are consistently pleasant and compassionate, pass along any messages to the vet and check anything for me that I need them to. I would definitely recommend this practice

  I cannot thank the team at Severn Edge Emergency Vets enough for the care and compassion they showed us during the most heartbreaking experience of our lives. After 14 wonderful years, we sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved Charlie boy. Having to make that decision and then face those final moments was something I never imagined I would have to go through, and it was truly the worst experience of losing someone so incredibly loved. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, patient, empathetic and incredibly reassuring. They treated both Charlie and us with such dignity, compassion and respect. They understood that these were our final moments with him and gave us the time and space we needed to say our goodbyes, never rushing us and always making us feel supported. The professionalism and person-centred care we received was exceptional. Every interaction was gentle, compassionate and reassuring at a time when we were completely heartbroken. They did everything they could to make an unbearable experience as peaceful and dignified as possible for Charlie and for us. Saying goodbye to Charlie will always be one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but I will always be grateful to the Severn Edge team for being there for us and helping our beautiful boy pass peacefully, surrounded by love. Thank you for caring for Charlie 🌈🐾❤️

  What a fantastic vets, so different to another vets located in Bridgnorth. First time using this vets and all staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I would definitely recommend them.

  We cannot thank the teams at CVS Vets Bridgnorth and Kinver enough for the incredible care they have given Rodney. Rodney broke his leg three weeks ago, and the Bridgnorth practice saw him as quickly as possible. We arrived first thing the following morning, and within half an hour they had X-rayed him, explained the extent of his injury and talked us through all the available options. They were extremely thorough, honest and transparent throughout. That same day, Rodney underwent surgery to have both bones in his leg pinned and plated. The team were fantastic—so attentive and caring—and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The aftercare we received from the Kinver practice has been equally incredible. Rodney has had frequent appointments, and the team clearly explained how to administer his medication, how best to care for him at home and which warning signs to look out for. Thanks to their exceptional care, Rodney has made such a speedy recovery—and he still wags his tail whenever we walk into the vets, which says everything! Every single member of the team, from the reception staff to the vets and nurses, has been wonderful. They made an incredibly upsetting and stressful situation so much more manageable for us. We will always be grateful and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
