  Our pets have been treated at Springfield for many years. The vets, nurses and reception staff are highly competent, friendly, extremely informative and helpful. We have total confidence and trust in their care of our dogs. Thank you to Olivia and colleagues at our recent appointment with Freddie (rescue) - you were amazing.

  Olivia was amazing with our nervous rescue dog at her vaccination appointment. I was apprehensive to book an appointment this time around, as Bindi gets extremely stressed in the vets and usually has to wear a muzzle when the vet goes near her. Olivia met us for our appointment in the car park and brought out blankets for us to sit on! She made friends with Bindi very quickly, and was so professional and gentle in her approach. The most stress-free trip to the vet we’ve ever had! I wish we would have done this sooner. Thank you Olivia and the lovely Hackenthorpe team 😊

  I dont have one bad word for this practice. Thank you for helping Charlie cross the rainbow bridge today, I was so hurt and was given so much false hope and he was very badly let down by the previous practice. He was shown the most kindness and respect in his last 2 hours here than they had for him in 6 / 7 months. The vet who handled him today, thank you. Thank you for listening, thank you for caring and thank you for giving me upto 2 hours to say goodbye and to hold him. I am so touched by everything by the silence in the whole practice as I held him for his last moments. Your kindness has very touched my heart. They was no judgement regarding pricing, instead their was love, kindness and understanding. Thank you for loving my cat in his last moments the same way I did. I am happy knowing the rest of my fur babies will be receiving the best treatment. The previous practice judged the number of pets I had, here hasn't. Instead they understood and didnt make horrid remarks. The kindness was so appreciated. Thank you so much for treating me like a person who just lost her soul baby and for not using me for money like the previous place did. Im happy knowing he passed in such a loving environment. Thank you again. The kindness means everything. I really recommend for everything your pet needs. The best service I could've ever wanted for my boys passing. Thank you endlessly.

  I genuinely am speechless, my bestfriend came in as an emergency with her soul cat. She was so empty and numb with the way another vet choose to neglect her cat. She explained everything and the vet listened really well and explained everything in so much detail. They had graciously given her an hour time slot to go over everything and unfortunately the kindest decision had to be made. They gave her so much time to say goodbye, they was gentle and listened to her every step of the way. They didnt judge her, they apologised for the way the previous vet handled it all and most importantly they made her feel safe. She put her baby boy to sleep where he felt most safe in her arms. She said shes never felt more respected and understood than today. You gave her boy the last moments he deserved. Thank you for the kindness, love and respect you showed both her & Charlie today. Please thank everyone involved. You guys deserve the biggest thank yous. She is forever thankful you didnt let her down like the previous place did for months. I really recommend.
