We’ve been using this groomers since when it opened, it’s fair to say we’ve spent thousands here with different dogs. I’ve always found it pricey but we’ve accepted that. However today I was 30 mins late. The girl at the till explained to me there was a £5 charge for me being late, I enquired about this as I thinks it’s my right as we haven’t been pre-warned about this.
I do accept we were late. However Melissa decided to teach me the error of my ways! She’s told me it’s not “doggy day care” and the rules are the rules and they shouldn’t be broken! I was really disappointed at the poor level of customer service from this member of staff. It’s very disappointing given the large volume of the business. Definitely not recommended.

First class service from Beth, I knew within seconds that she was going to solve my issue and quickly after been given a bit of a runaround from Sheffield branch.
