I asked for someone to get some fish for me. The staff member said he would send someone to help me I requested this twice in 15 minutes. Then left annoyed and empty handed.

I was convinced by a member of staff to set up the easy repeat for our dog food as he said it was easier but it didn’t end up being easier! I was emailed to say my food was on the way to the store and that I would receive an email when it was ready. After not receiving an email after a week we decided to attend the store. I was initially informed it wasn’t there,then told because I hadn’t collected it on time it had been sent back,despite me never being made aware it was there. I was told I would have been refunded and asked to check my banking. I checked this and confirmed no refund and when I informed the staff member they clearly didn’t believe this and called the manager. The manager came and looked into this and said I collected the food earlier today, clearly I hadn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have been there now to collect. I was finally given a bag of dog food after 30 minutes. This is not easy repeat,it’s a hassle and a farce and no apology from staff. I cancelled the easy repeat and wouldn’t attend this store again!
