  Been using Broadleaf as my regular vets for my two kittens for the last few months and I honestly can't recommend it enough! The standard of care is top rate and their level of communication with updates is extremely comforting and valuable. Every staff member I have interacted with has been warm, friendly and tremendously kind to my two kittens. Signed up to the healthy pet club plus and it has been invaluable to spread the cost of consultations, vaccinations, chipping, and spaying/neutering for my two. Thank you to all the team!

  This relates to the past Saturday morning when I was concerned about my Patterdale Terrier who was not eating and who had been showing other worrying signs of being unwell. Chloe in reception was very helpful on the phone and also in person when I arrived with accompanying friends (I don't drive). Siobhan was the vet on duty and was equally kind and attentive. She suggested going step by step to see what could be wrong with my boy and I was very happy with this approach, which I found reassuring. In fact both ladies were very empathetic in what was an anxious moment for me and I have since been very impressed with the levels of courtesy, professional customer service and care, including follow up emails. We are registered at a different vets which I believed was closed that day - it wasn't! But we "ended up" here after a Google search and it was a very positive experience, based on which I would definitely recommend Broadleaf. An added point, is that the waiting area is VERY spacious (and comfortable - it was a very hot day), so if your pet is nervous around other people or animals, this gives much more room than most!

  Amazing vets! Lovely bright open waiting room. All the staff were amazing with our dog and parking on the doorstep.
