  I honestly cannot recommend this team highly enough. They have been absolutely amazing with my GSD puppy from day one. Not once have they ever made me feel unheard, silly, or like I was worrying unnecessarily — they have always listened, taken my concerns seriously, and gone above and beyond to get to the bottom of her issues. Everyone knows my dog when we walk through the door now, and she is always greeted with such warmth and a fuss, which makes such a huge difference. It’s clear how much they genuinely care about the animals they look after, and I have complete trust in them with my puppy. I genuinely could not wish for a better team to look after her. 5 stars really don’t do them justice — they deserve so much more! ❤️🐾

  Used to enjoy going to this veterinary service , my cat at 16 years old , has had bad reactions to her yearly immunisation now for at least four years, each year it has gotten worse , this year noticibably loss of apertite and incontenance , I did tell the vet that her imune system was becoming worn out with the yearly booster and that I was feeding her renal food due to this, the vet did say well done you , which would have neen great only im not the vet?. I think that for the price of the treatment they offer with the profesionalism offered that im not a fan and I work very hard for my money , So I have noticed that there are better services out there as ive had to learn.

  No, we are not having a good experience at all. We had our baby girl (dog) spayed, and two weeks later, we needed to rush her to the emergency room, and there she passed away. We are so devastated. My partner was close to our girl, and it hit him very hard. As there was no explanation of what happened, not even a phone call or letter saying, "We are sorry for your loss," some people don't realize animals are like our babies. We have asked for a postmortem to find out why, as she was always healthy and never had problems. So from us big No and soon changing vet for our 2 dogs as well
