Kerry is a fountain of knowledge. My wife and I took our new puppy to Pets at Home this morning and we were lucky enough to speak with Kerry. She was so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. She spend time with us going through all the available puppy foods and teaching us how to read compositions properly so we know exactly what to look for in future. She gave us so many helpful tips and advise and we were honestly taken back by how proffesinoal and helpful She was. If anyone is looking for advice for their pets, definitely go to Pets at Home at St. James' in Sheffield and ask for Kerry. She's absolutely brilliant.

For almost 7 of his 17 years Pets at Home at Norton have looked after our beloved cockapoo, Dylan. Every five weeks they have groomed him and made him look beautiful. Yesterday we had to take him to our vet because was eating grass (more than usual) and crying (very unusual for him) and although we have noticed a significant deterioration in him over the past weeks we were still surprised that Dylan has come to the end of his time with us. We’ve cancelled his final grooming session but couldn’t let this opportunity pass without saying how much we appreciate the work of the grooming staff, and thank them for the way they’ve lovingly cared for him over the years. We highly recommend this branch of Pets at Home for their grooming services ❤️
