Horrible service, NEVER take your pets here. My 5 year old dashund was taken here and a out of hours vets at beechwood, he has now been put down due to the incompetence of both practices, they had 6 chances to put him in for surgery, what they did instead was drug my dog up above the limit waited, until it was too late, never offered surgery and or a payment plan. They found it easier on themselves to put my beloved dog down, he has lost 10 years of his life all due to incompetence and out right money grabbing. This disgusted my family and forever will, whatever you do dont bring your pets here all they want and see is money signs above our heads.

Very poor my partner lost his dog after 4 days fighting to save him through lack of help & Surport as went back 6 times for more drugs when he should of just had the operation as you only have a short window for the dog as he had kidney stones feel as they just want to get more money out of him then do the operation and he would still be here
So very upsetting & poor judgement over all would not recommend

Young small dog taken to vets on Thursday, had kidney stone flushed out and was treated with pain relief and bladder emptied, was asked to keep and eye on him, Saturday morning dog still
Unwell, bladder full, another blockage, documented dog unable to empty bladder completely on his own, more paid relief, no operation discussed or offered knowing the dog was in pain and vets closing 12 noon until Monday, with an appointment made by the vet for Tuesday afternoon 3 and a half days after current treatment, common sense would suggest that the dog would require more treatment before Tuesday knowing he had a partial blockage and kidney issues can seriously escalate within 24 to 48 hrs, 2.5 hrs after this visit an emergency vet was called who belongs to the same group as pinfold, without wanting to see the dog, they advised 3 quarters of a paracetamol on top of the pain relief given. Sunday dog really unwell, called vets again emergency vets of the group that own pinfold. Antisickness given and pain relief and was told he’s been given double pain relief but only charged for one dose, bladder emptied again, no scan and no offer of operation.
Dog came home was asleep for 1hr approx, after this he was yelping and could no move, was sick again with a brown coffee coloured liquid.
The dog could hardly move due to the amount of pain relief given (double dose)
Later the same vets was called, they answered and said well he has had a lot of pain relief but should be wearing off soon when around 8 l hrs has passed, we replied it’s been 9.
We was put on hold, then they said if you are concerned you can bring him back to be checked, 45 mins later I received a call from my daughter in floods of tears explaining they recommended to now put him down as his organs have failed and he would not make it through the night.
Mind blowing 🤯
Upset 😭
No empathy from this chain who own pinfold & Beachwood in Doncaster Bawtry rd bessacarr.
At no point was an operation offered
All they offered emptying his bladder, pumping full of pain relief which we feel was to extort more money.
Oh also the vet treated the dog without the actual owners permission (myself)
Only when the dog had passed away they actually asked for my permission regarding any autopsy if I wanted one.
At a charge of course.
Looked into the autopsy and toxicology report, however the vet gets the results back not me the payee / client, the independent autopsy or toxicology also don’t talk to the public only the vet in my opinion failed my dog multiple times in 4 days.
This is just a snippet of what happened of this awful situation and experience while an ongoing complaint is now open.
Fingers crossed 🤞 they do the right thing.

Lovely friendly staff. Always welcomming and known who you are. The Vets are stretched so you dont always get the same one, however their care and understanding is consistant.
