Took my dog to this vet as an out of hours emergency and they were really amazing put me and my son at ease and showed love and support for both my dog and his family

I had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary practice. From my visit, I came away feeling that the focus was more on making money than on providing compassionate care for animals. I felt pressured into expensive treatments and was shocked by how much higher the fees were compared with other local vets for similar services. I also left feeling that my pet wasn't treated with the care, patience, and compassion I expected. As a pet owner, that's incredibly upsetting, and it made me lose confidence in the practice. I understand that veterinary care is expensive, but I believe pet welfare should always come first. Based on my experience, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this practice to others who are looking for a vet that prioritises both animal care and fair pricing.

Poor service to the extreme of the poor 5year old dog was put down due to an over dose of drugs which was given to him was a healthy dog on Thursday had to be put down on Sunday mind blowing lack of Surport just dosed the poor dog up when he went in 6 times he should of had the operation & would still be here today all we feel is that they just tried to get more money out of them than helping the dog through the painful ending Very very sad 😢

I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience with this veterinary practice. My 4-year-old Dachshund was given double the prescribed dose of pain relief, which led to an overdose. We were also advised to give him paracetamol despite him having kidney stones, something that left us deeply concerned because of the potential risks to his health. To make matters worse, our dog was sent home despite his condition, and we were left feeling that the seriousness of the situation had not been recognised or managed appropriately. The events that followed were devastating for our family, and we feel we were let down at every stage. We trusted this practice to provide safe and competent care. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. I hope they thoroughly review their procedures, medication checks, and discharge decisions so that no other family has to endure what we did. In the end he had to be put down at 4 years old due to the complete and utter incompetence of this veterinery practice.
