Also, staff shouldn’t touch of handle customers’ phones without asking first. It’s not appropriate, and touching multiple customers’ phones is unhygienic and not appropriate.
That being said most of the staff are great and helpful just a particular individual.

My daughter recently brought 2 rats from here , I don't know what they do or how they look after them , these rats are under age and petrified of everything. I'm a qualified veterinary nursing assistant and the behaviour of these animals kept in confined spaces 4 to a tiny tank should not be allowed . Please be weary if you are buying pets from pets at home . And get them checked by a vet not their vet .

Very expensive. Ears plucking under anaesthetic and small mass removal , 4 times more expensive than the non-profit Animal Trust. Wish I’d have moved vets years ago. Would have saved nearly £10k. Expensive consultation prices. Always very busy, last 10 times I have been with my dogs, on average 45 minute wait on top of appointment times.
Also if u go through insurance, they claim for more money, than if u pay them direct (additional costs because they know the insurance will pay out.)
I told the vet that my dog is not covered on insurance for his ears, yet vet still insisted on claiming. All about the money unfortunately. My new vet’s doesn’t charge for consultations, and the treatments are a quarter of the price!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was clearly struggling with a huge amount of sawdust, and despite staff seeing me, no one offered any help at all. Instead, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. Members of staff need basic customer service training and maybe even a smile on their face. If you’re unhappy being in customer service and offer no help maybe the company shouldn’t be keeping these staff members employed.. no matter how long they’ve been there with the attitude some have. They make you feel like an inconvenience. A formal complaint will be made as this is probably the 6th time I’ve been made to feel like this in this certain store.
