Awful. Unhelpful. I’m glad I didn’t take my dog to be groomed here. Been in a car accident, car got written off, tried to explain. Couldn’t even amend or anything. Or at least offer a solution. Just nope. Sorry. Seems to me like all they care about is taking your money. Car is for reference.

Tills are always extremely busy with only one staff member serving despite multiple tills being available, leading to long queues—especially when issues hold things up.
Also, staff shouldn’t touch of handle customers’ phones without asking first. It’s not appropriate, and touching multiple customers’ phones is unhygienic and not appropriate.
That being said most of the staff are great and helpful just a particular individual.
