I will literally never go in ever again. The girl with beach blonde hair and dark dramatic eyeliner is just awful. SO rude, bad attitude and awful customer service. The other till staff just seem clueless and speak to you like you’re an idiot or ignore/grunt at you. Yarmouth is alot better!

One of our dogs is such a fussy eater, so we popped in yesterday to look at different food. A lady immediately appeared, asking if we needed help. She was so knowledgeable, and helped us work out the monthly cost for the different types. It was obvious she had a lot of training as she knew everything about the different types and brands. If our fussy girl doesn't like this one, I'm confident we'll receive more great advice until we find one our fussy girl likes. Thank you!

My partner and I visit regularly to top up on cat food, litter etc. We accidentally left a bouquet of flowers to the side of the till and began walking home. A worker noticed this and came running up to us with the flowers which was so kind and thoughtful - especially in this heat. We didn’t get her name but she was working at the till around 12 today (2/07/26). So thankful to have had them returned.
