  Attended a puppy party today. A fabulas presentation extremely informative, Very highly recommended for a new puppy owner. Various topics covered. Learned so much. Was given a goodie bag and a certificate at the end of the presentation, which was a very unexpected surprise. Just a nice touch. Well worth signing up, to attend a party. Huge thankyou to the staff. Extremely professional and polite.

  I’m absolutely furious – I left a good review before but I wish I hadn’t. 10 days ago I brought my 4 rats in with breathing problems. The vet couldn’t even listen to their chests properly because they were moving, so she just said ‘we’ll take your word for it’ that it’s a respiratory infection and gave me only 10 days’ worth of antibiotics. Anyone who knows rats knows these meds take 2–4 weeks to start working – 10 days is nowhere near enough! I went back asking for more, and was told I’d have to pay another full consultation fee just to be told exactly the same thing again: ‘we’ll take your word for it’. Nothing has changed in 10 days – I live with these rats every single day, I know what’s wrong with them, and I’m being charged over and over for the exact same lack of proper care. It honestly feels like they care far more about making money than the pets’ actual wellbeing – and I’m not the only one who thinks this, I’ve spoken to other owners who’ve had exactly the same experience here. Really disappointed and let down.

  Always go above and beyond for my dog (who has an ongoing serious condition). They are very supportive and quick to get things sorted out. My dog is a massive pain in the backside at the vets but noone is ever stressed out about it or gets annoyed and he is getting a lot better with going now. The staff are always great!
