I'd had no dealing's with them until we needed an emergency vet, asked if were registered with a vet, said yes but they already have 2 emergencies they're at. They then said, "No, we aren't taking on anyone new" i said i just want an emergency vet, was told "sorry can't help you, you're pet not our problem" We did find a emergency vet in the end.
