  Have a payment plan, called here the other day to try and get an appointment for my dog who had an eye infection, was told I physically cant go to the vets until the whole payment plan is complete. I then asked what happens if its serious and someones animal is seriously injured and has the tiniest bit of money to pay left would they turn them away and the answer was disturbing. Whats the point in having a payment plan if I cant physically take my dog to the vets until it is completed. Also i switched cards! As far as i was aware my membership was cancelled obviosly not tho. This practise wants money and thats it if u dont have money they dont care if your animals sick. My mum used to work in a vets and i saw how nice and kind and understanding they were there. You guys are just cruel.

  Recently moved over to this vets from another big vets locally. Wow, what a difference! They take there time properly explaining the issues and give amazing advice. These guys are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I can't praise Anne and Peter enough. Highly recommend!
