The young lady who cut their nails was amazing, she took her time to comfort them both and ensured she cut each nail with care not to cut the quick....with 2 very wriggly black nailed dogs this isn't the easiest to do. She spoke to them throughout to calm them and made them feel safe. Thank you for this, sorry I didnt get your name. 😊
