Very poor customer service. Travelled 30 minutes for urgent fish medicine and arrived just before closing, only to be told “we literally close in 30 seconds” and turned away, they didn’t even ask what we needed help with.
When someone is trying to get help for a sick pet, a bit of basic empathy should be expected. Really disappointing experience.
