- KKKaiJun 5, 20265.0We are so grateful for Goring Veterinary Centre, and especially Jo. She is such a fantastic vet! I don’t think our two cats would be alive today without her. All of the staff we’ve seen here are great, and I was v impressed with the lady working on reception today. We witnessed a customer being unnecessarily rude and a little aggressive, and the polite, calm, professional way she handled it was masterful!
- HRHaroon RafiqueJul 4, 20221.0Rude. Disrespectful. Booked a joint vaccination appointment with cat & dog. Told them on the phone car journeys traumatise the cat so we only do it once a year. On the day they missed called us once. We tried calling back 15+ times to no response. No voicemail message. On arrival we sat waiting for over 30 minutes before they decided to tell us that they had cancelled the appointment and "couldn't get through to us". We took a day off and traumatised the cat for nothing. We find this rude and unprofessional. Not even a second attempt to contact us, no voicemail, didn't try both numbers. Much to improve.
