We have one dog and five cats spayed and numerous other illness'/injuries looked after. Two of our cats have had be to put to sleep and they have all been looked after with compassion. One of cats was hit by a car yesterday afternoon, we found him still alive but badly hurt and in a lot of pain. My wife had called to let them know and as soon as we arrived Hannah (vet) and a nurse were ready and expecting us. Unlike some other reviews, all the staff were very compassionate and genuinely cared about us and Toothless (as they have all our animals )as we had to have him put down. Thank you for all your help. Richard
