Absolutely do not recommend this veterinary practice.
They registered my stolen dog under someone else without checking the microchip details, and they are refusing to take any responsibility for their mistake. They also carried out invasive tests on my dog without my permission, which was distressing and completely unacceptable. When I raised these issues, they dismissed my concerns and refused to review or change their procedures.
If you value proper microchip checks, consent, and accountability, avoid this practice.

Would just like to say a massive thanks to all staff at Battle flats stamford bridge surgens after care nurses and the fantastic receptionists for answering our every call and question no matter how big or small we have been made to feel valued and cared throughout our process our beloved bearded dragon Blue-mushu had her first appointment as boy we were told by Mark she was infact a girl and unfortunately needed emergency surgery for mass and ovary removal she has since been kept in for 24 hours and had what we can only describe as the best care with all staff loving and attending to her as we her owners would, we could not ask for better care support and kindness shown by Mark Gemma and Hannah alongside every receptionist and nurse involved in blues care from going from a poorly lethargic bearded who wouldn't eat to a different girl eating unaided and moving more than ever we can truly say stamford bridge is the place for exotics! Without a doubt we would 1000% reccomend this amazing practice with our whole hearts and find the price we paid for the service we received a million percent fair

First thing I would like to say is thank you to all the staff, receptionists dont get enough praise dealing with all our questions and checking on our blue mushu (who is well known around the practise 😄)
Mark has done perfect surgery on our little blue mushu, when the surgery required was extremely difficult.Yes surgery on any animal isn't cheap but we found there pricing to be right on point. Blue mushu is on the mend she has one more appointment to check stitches, then to have them out in roughly 3-4 weeks now. Cannot praise the staff enough
