Extremely poor customer service. A staff member misidentified an unlabelled piece of aquarium wood and aggressively insisted on charging a higher price. They entirely refused to check their own website or stock shelves to verify the item. I had to physically find a smaller piece of the exact same wood with a barcode attached to prove the true price at the till.
When escalated to their customer service team with clear photographic evidence, they completely ignored the physical facts, defended the incorrect visual guess, and sent generic automated templates to close the complaint. Appalling staff training and corporate evasion.
I hope management trains their staff to the professional standards we expect here in the UK. I certainly expect not to be treated like this on any future visit, and I will be sharing my next experiences on social media.

bought a baby rabbit 2 weeks ago , the next day it had a lot of stuff wrong with it the poor thing so we had to take him to the vets upstairs charged £400 for meds and the next day it passed away , don’t buy pets from here they sell u ill rabbits so u spent alot of money on meds just for it to pass away
