  While away on a short break, my dog’s dewclaw broke and was causing him discomfort. I had already contacted my usual vet and arranged an appointment, but when we happened to pass this practice, I thought I’d pop in on the off chance they might be able to help. As we’re registered with a CVS practice at home, they were able to access my dog’s details on their system and kindly offered to take a look. They examined his claw and were able to carefully trim back the broken section, providing him with immediate relief. The vet also came in to check everything thoroughly, ensuring no further treatment or pain relief was needed. I never felt rushed, despite not having an appointment. Amy and Robyn were both incredibly friendly, caring and professional from the moment we arrived. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to help us at such short notice. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they see, and the service we received was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care. Thank you again for helping my pup feel so much better. 🐾❤️

  Amazing service..we are on holiday with our dog who is diabetic. We thought she was having a hypo episode. Turns out she was going more towards a hyper. We were seen straight away following a phone call to see if they would see us. Left feeling reassured. Chenet is now more settled and has eaten her dinner. Thank you so much to the staff for being so kind and understanding 😁

  Visiting in the area and needed to take our 14 month old dog. They were very efficient and the receptionist and vet were really lovely.
