- AAammuAug 26, 20261.0I am writing to share the devastating loss of my three-year-old cat due to poor clinical management two years ago. What began as a manageable urinary issue resulted in his untimely death because the clinic repeatedly discharged and readmitted him again and again, performing multiple catheterisations that caused a severe urinary tract infection (UTI). Despite our explicit requests for appropriate antibiotic therapy to treat this secondary infection, proper treatment was not initiated, causing him to go into sepsis. The clinic then had us transfer him to specialist care for an emergency operation that he ultimately could not survive. This tragic outcome was entirely preventable; had the sepsis been avoided through the timely administration of antibiotics, he could have undergone a planned elective procedure instead of emergency surgery and would likely be alive today. I am writing this now as I am still recovering from his loss after two years.

- SSSaraMay 23, 20265.0What a lovely vet. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area lovely, with a cats corner too. My cat went missing 2 weeks ago and I had phoned them to see if anyone had contacted them, she was not one of their patience. Unfortunately they hadn’t, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. When my cat returned, I couldn’t believe it. It was a Saturday morning and I phoned the Leeds road branch and they booked appointment straight away. I was so worried about my cat and felt she needed to be checked out. She’s completely fine and they didn’t charge me a penny! Fab service and they could have really ripped me off as I was so pleased to have my cat back. Thank you again.
