  I just want to say a huge huge thankyou and compassion to everyone at the Harrogate vets who went above and beyond for what has been such a difficult time for me regarding Marley my dog ,words can't express how grateful I am for the way you delt with everything proffesionally and with so much compassion Once again thankyou x

  What a lovely vet. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area lovely, with a cats corner too. My cat went missing 2 weeks ago and I had phoned them to see if anyone had contacted them, she was not one of their patience. Unfortunately they hadn’t, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. When my cat returned, I couldn’t believe it. It was a Saturday morning and I phoned the Leeds road branch and they booked appointment straight away. I was so worried about my cat and felt she needed to be checked out. She’s completely fine and they didn’t charge me a penny! Fab service and they could have really ripped me off as I was so pleased to have my cat back. Thank you again.

  Excellent, independent, seemed great value to me having used the big chains in the past. Was seen really quickly professionally and with great care and patience. Thank you, can’t recommend enough.

  The best vets in Harrogate & the only ones I will use. Recently moved my pets over from another vet the Harrogate vet were incredible from start to finish. We truly felt listened to every single appointment, no concerns were overlooked and they went above and beyond every single time, while advising us the best way to move forward and keep costs affordable. The care and love they showed to my dog, was like nothing we’ve ever experienced with a vet. Every time I rang, or went in they would ask after him. Unfortunately it was too late for my dog, but in his final weeks they did everything they could to keep him happy and comfortable, while also taking care of us, whether that was offering us a coffee and a listening ear, or advice/ a chat via the phone. Even now he’s gone we are still feeling their love with flowers and a card arriving at our door. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your pets and will be continuing to visit with my other ones and any future pets. They really do go above and beyond.

  Amazing experience today! Came to see our old vet Shaun who we used many moons ago and trust for a second opinion and from start to finish I finally felt like we were being listened too in regards to our dogs health and hopefully with the right plan for her moving forward we will have a happy puppy. Due to the amazing experience both our dogs are now registered here! Even got offered a drink while waiting so that was a nice touch 😊 The ladies at the front desk were both also very lovely, thank you ☺️
