Barek made me feel at ease answering all my concerns . Professional, friendly and lovely manner, definitely the best vet we have ever been seen by .

Alexis (I think that was her name!) was absolutely incredible, listened to all our concerns and gave me some brilliant advice which really helped calm us down. She booked us in with Anthony in the morning who was similarly wonderful - very knowledgeable and reassuring. Having used different vets before for family dogs and having mixed experiences, our experience was a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much.

Separate cat waiting area for very much appreciated by my two anxious furry companions. Seen for appointments on time. Vet was friendly and didn't fat-shame the girls at all. Successful and painless ( for me) vaccination appointment.

Appointment was due with in an hour of calling. We seen Holly one of the vets at the practice who was very thorough when checking our dog and informative with possible diagnosis. We made a review appt for the following two days and met Kate, one of the nurses. Very encouraging with a nervous dog and friendly with owners. I couldn't thank you all enough. Each member has made me feel at ease that my dog is in good hands!
