Registered with another local vet and gave my consent for our cat's records to be forwarded. They didn't send them and only found out today when our cat needed emergency treatment for an injured tail. Took the new vets 3 attempts between 1 and 5pm to finally get them sent over causing an unnecessary suffering for my cat as the new vets needed the records ....thier reason....they were very busy! Too busy to prioritise something they should have done months ago!
