- SWSneaky WW1 day ago1.0Horrible place and cruel people. I called about a critically ill pet pigeon. We have found him and hand raised him fully intending to keep him as a pet. We called in advance about this emergency and they agreed to treat him but when we got there they made us wait and ignored us for around 20-30min. After the wait they told us they won't treat him and called him a vermin to our faces. They wasted our time when our pet bird was getting worse and worse by the minute. Unfortunately he died 3 minutes away from another vet. Their cruelty led to his untimely death. They called him a vermin and a pest that harms local bird populations even when he was a native wood pigeon kept indoors. But they don't hesitate to treat outdoor cats who cause more damage to said populations. Don't trust them and if you do entrust your pets to them please be aware they don't care that much and double check everything they tell you.
