Me & my family took our 14.5 year old dog to pets at home vets & saw Louise (vet) who advised a weeks treatment to help him but unfortunately we had to have him put to sleep a week later but I cannot praise Louise enough she was soooo caring & kind to us & our pooch. She gave us time & options for him which we’ll always be thankful for.
Fully recommend her for her kind caring nature. THANK YOU

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR PET AT VETS4PETS. I registered my puppy here thinking because of the big brand I’d get the best service especially paying the prices we have to pay. My experience has been terrible, overpriced and have no care for the customer or pet they just want the money. Cancellation fee is getting paid and I’m going private. Works out around the same price and these vets actually care, they aren’t just another big brand taking customers money. I’ve been messed around with fees and because they don’t care they’re willing to lose a customer knowing they can overcharge the next customer. I was “quoted” over £900 for an X-ray of one leg and because there was no way at all I could pay that type of money they let me walk out with a dog in pain and discomfort. To then pressure me for money and fees, even with me paying certain fees I was told my plan was being cancelled. So long story short I agreed and will be cancelling my plan because again they do not care at all. Avoid at all costs, literally.

Very friendly helpful staff, but the big let down for was the reptile food.
All the small to medium locust where mainly dead in there box's a real let down.
