- SSSaranonymousMay 27, 20265.0My dog and I have been with this practice for several years now and I am always extremely happy with the service and care everyone provides. The receptionists are all lovely and welcoming and try their best to fit your pet in on the same day, if necessary. The vets and nurses, especially Alicia and Rachel (and nurse Rachel) are exceptional. They take their time to thoroughly examine and explain and it’s obvious they are passionate about what they do and love animals. They have both been extremely helpful answering the many questions and concerns I had leading up to a procedure my dog had, as well as follow-up questions over email, and made me feel at ease and that my dog is in good hands.

In the waiting areas there are informational posters regarding pets which are great. The vet I saw was really professional and caring. There is some parking available at the front of the building. This was useful for me as I got a taxi there and back
- BGBethany GroverJul 30, 20245.0We had to register with this vet in quite a rush (an oversight on my part there), as our otherwise perfectly healthy hamster took a fast turn for the worse over the weekend. From the get-go we were met with compassion and understanding from the receptionists (on the phone and in person), and the lovely vet who saw to our little dude. Alicia, the lovely vet who saw him was gentle, honest, and reassuring despite the situation. After a lifetime of pet ownership before moving to Nottingham, just from this experience I can confidently say this will be our only go to vet in the coming future. Thank you all for the reassuring experience.
