- TSTracy SpellingAug 18, 20265.0My daughter and I took our cat tomi to buttercross vets in Eastbridgford yesterday because he had stopped eating and drinking and his movements looked incredibly difficult for him. We saw vet Greg, who broke the sad news that tomi had irreversible kidney damage, we made the heartbreaking decision to have him put to sleep When we took him in today we were seen by a female vet ( I apologise but I don't remember her name) The care we got from all of the staff from the receptionist to the vet and nurse that prepared myself my daughter and tomi were amazingly kind, patient and explained well what would happen. From the start to finish we were given all the time we needed both before and after he went to sleep. Thank you to everyone you made a heartbreaking time for my family a little easier with your kindness.
