Unfortunately I've lowered the stars because the people at this practice are very money orientated, they want you to pay to see a vet when you've already seen a vet about the same thing, I believe these places should be more about the animals they treat with money coming second but not this practice, I understand they need money to stay open but to be openly fixated about money with your clients doesn't look good and is very off putting.
There is only one vet that I know of there who doesn't go on about charging for this and charging for that.
I asked for advice, I was told I could do that by the vet we saw the other day, I was told in a response that I'd need an appointment for something we've already seen a vet about! I was just asking for advice on something that was related to the appointment we had already!!! I'm not and can't keep throwing money at the practice just to ask a simple question, it's ridiculous.
As it is our dog doesn't like it there which we've already told the practice and for them to keep going on about appointments and not even thinking about our dog makes it look like they just want money, plus they seem to forget that we are in an economic crisis plus we still have issues with Covid in the world, people don't have the money to spend on advice that relates to an issue that the practice already knows about!
The only good thing I have to say about the practice at this point in time is the vet we saw the other day was very good, he gave us a lot of advice, information and recommended certain products to help. The other vet we saw, although they were ok, they didn't give any information about certain things, I had to go on Google to find things out, plus didn't listen to information that they were told.
Unfortunately, due to the recent incident, I think we'll be looking for another practice, no point in me talking to the practice because of the amount of excuses they come out with when I've tried previously in relation to another issue.
