Called into local Port Talbot branch today - seeking help / advice for dog flea treatment.
Assistant couldn’t be bothered to stand up to assist me firstly then asked for my dog’s weight.
No idea of the weight but gave the breed ( medium size dog) still wasn’t prepared to assist me.
Was told I could bring my dog in store to be weighed- really with fleas!!
Went next store (B&M) obtained all the necessary medication ( packaging stipulated for medium size dog) and probably for half the price.
Medication has worked- flea free.
Will never set foot in that store/ branch ever again!!

Well what a great place if you want anything for your pets. They let you take your dog into the shop!'omg I can't believe it! And if they pee or poo the staff clean it up! 🤢
