Went in to get emergency hay after my order from HayBox was delayed. I was so sad to see many products on sale recommended for (in this instance a rabbit) that's actually harmful to them. Also hutches that are being sold nowhere near the recommended space allowance for a rabbit (look at the Rabbit Welfare Association & Fund (RWAF)). Plus rabbits and guinea pigs being sold as singles. Wrong information being given to people about the animals. I don't blame the people working there they are told to make sales, not to explain what animals actually need.
I couldn't in good contentious give them my business so walked out.
Defiantly a company that cares about profits not pets.
