  I am writing this review with a broken heart to warn other pet owners. My 7-year-old cat, Yamir, passed away due to a shocking lack of professional diagnosis, poor judgment, and unacceptable delays by this clinic. On August 12th, I brought Yamir after he vomited 10 times and brought up a piece of a plastic carrier bag. Instead of performing an urgent ultrasound or X-ray to check for an obstruction, the vet dismissed my concerns, claiming plastic wouldn't show up anyway, and just gave him an anti-sickness injection and we went home. On August 13th, as he was still not himself, not eating, and not passing stool, I returned. Instead of proper diagnostics, they just masked the symptoms with more injections for anti-sickness and appetite and sent us home. Later that day, he was put on an IV drip for a few hours and seemed slightly better, but a few hours after returning home, he started panting heavily and vomiting again. On the morning of August 14th (around 9 AM), Yamir began vomiting fecal matter—a clear, life-threatening emergency. The vet finally agreed to emergency surgery. I called at 11 AM, only to be told he was "stable" and still waiting. At 12:30 PM, I received a devastating call that his condition had collapsed. When I arrived, his pupils were dilated and unresponsive, and he was actively dying. I had to put him to sleep to end his suffering. Only AFTER his death did the clinic inform me that the surgery was delayed because their operating table was occupied by another prolonged procedure. They kept this crucial information from me at 9 AM. If they had been honest about their lack of capacity, I would have immediately rushed Yamir to another emergency hospital. They completely failed to recognise it as a severe emergency, trying to tell me that he wasn't eating simply because "food reminded him of feeling ill" and claiming it was a "mystery" as to why he wasn't getting better. Their lack of transparency and failure to prioritize a critical, life-or-death case robbed my beautiful boy of his chance to live. I trusted this clinic with my best friend, my soulmate, and they completely failed us. Please, if your animal has a serious emergency, think twice before bringing them here. It seems like owners need to do their own research instead of trusting the "professionals" at this place.

  Amazing vets who really do care for you and your loved pets. All the staff are fantastic, expeiraced, welcoming and really attentive.

  I found Johnston the veterinary practice charge professional prices, but the service is far from professional , it took them 3 days to respond to my pet plan cover, which delayed my claim , when I put in an official complaint, the receptionist told me a complete lie, I have removed my two ragdolls and transferred to a professional establishment Northlands veterinary practice

  My 16 year old cat was let down we had to watch her decline in a day & had to have her put down she had issues that were not properly addresed at the time she was one of those special animals old and written off
