She was very kind and patient but most of all knowledgeable and I felt i could completely trust her professional judgment. This young lady is an absolute credit to your company, she tried several collars and harnesses to check the fit. She truly cared which is so nice to see. - DRDemi russellApr 26, 20265.0Just want to give the staff who were working yesterday Saturday 25th a big thankyou, me my partner and son visited yesterday with our pup (koda) when i came in my toddler had a huge meltdown, and i had to leave the store leaving my partner in there with the puppy, the staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much they were so helpful and kind, they helped my partner with the pup and getting everything we needed! One member even helped him to the car! Amazing staff 👏 i have so much gratitude for your staff for yesterday, was a huge relief, in a very stressful situation for me, there all a credit to the company, will always come here after being shown such compassion and kindness, well done guys! And thankyou from a very stressed mum 🥺❤️
- EEEApr 17, 20261.0The elderly lady serving me on my most recent visit was Awful and I will now never return. She would not let me buy one young, small baby angel because i have adult 2 inch long cardinals. I explained to her that I have 15 years fishkeeping experience, have had the mix before and know how to handle them, I have a 300litre heavily planted tank, etc etc. She was completely dismissive and did not listen to a word. Worst thing is that during this conversation they had a DEAD betta in their tanks due to the bad conditions they are kept in there ....I quite clearly know a lot more about fishkeeping than you, lady. I will never come back. i felt EXTREMELY disrespected by this woman. Yes check with the uneducated, but when someone experienced clearly knows what theyre doing please dont act like mini hittler when you obviously dont know your arrse from your elbow. The good folk at MAIDENHEAD sold me the fish i want instead, so i advise more experienced ppl to just go there instead, where you arent spoken down to and treated like a child.
