    Highly professional and welcoming. Thank you Tim and Shona at Orchard House for your Out of Hours help to a dog owner from Down South on holiday in Northumberland. Shona cleverly coaxed my spaniel, who ‘put the brakes on’ when she got a whiff of vet, into the building. Much appreciated.
