The loveliest lady was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through everything, from what we’d need, to treats, to proper care. She was so patient and genuinely helpful. We ended up leaving fully equipped with two gerbils and feeling really confident—thanks to her! The rest of the staff we encountered were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, couldn’t recommend this place more!

Approach the till to pay and the staff member says "Do you want a charity bag £1.50, 30p goes to charity" I replied,, "I would rather buy some more hamster treats for that" She completely ignored what I said and still charges me for the bag. Where does the other £1.20 go then....the pets at home charity! Absolute rip off! Next time a customer is obviously not happy about paying an extortionate price for a bag where the majority of the cash goes to pets at home and not charity...listen to them!
