Such a wonderful Vet practice! Been so helpful when our dog and rabbits have been unwell. The Vets (particularly Akshay as he always seems to see us when they’re unwell) are so thorough and communicative and kind and always absolutely brilliant. The Vet nurses are always so lovely and helpful and so are all the reception and admin staff-they are so polite and courteous and caring. I literally can’t thank you all enough! Brilliant!

We had to make the painful decision to say goodbye to our beautiful dog quite suddenly, after she’d taken ill all of a couple of hours earlier. The staff were incredibly compassionate throughout the process. The vet we saw gave us our options and talked us through the process with so much patience and empathy, including providing some much needed reassurance in that moment. They made sure my family were able to all be there to say goodbye to our girl, and they were at pains to reassure us after that they would take care of her even after she’d passed. The vet even promised us she’d “look after her as if she were (her) own”, which made me feel incredibly comforted. Every staff member we encountered that day was incredibly compassionate, sensitive and respectful - something we experienced throughout the years our dog was registered with this vet. Cannot recommend them enough - they really did take care of our little girl until the very end, and we’ll always be grateful.

Alnorthumbria vets have looked after our dogs for over 10 years and we stuck with them even when we moved to Durham. They’re excellent with our dogs who can be temperamental and they’re very fair with pricing for the various things we have needed as we aren’t insured (due to dogs ages). I cannot recommend them enough - very friendly and they go above and beyond the call of duty. We love you guys - keep up the good work!!!
