Vets are great but reception staff atrocious. Last straw today when the receptionist laughed when I said I was taking my business elsewhere because they are so expensive. Extremely patronising and unprofessional. They already have a bad reputation locally as a chain, not surprised to be honest.

Very helpful people.. my son and I came across a very badly injured ' baby Roe Deer'.. which had just been hit by another car .... took the baby deer to the vet's. .but unfortunately the deer died on my son's lap as soon as we arrived.

The vets here are always friendly, professional and give good clear explanations of what they're doing, and why. My dogs love visiting them, and get very excited.
