- ADAbby DeeMar 25, 20261.0Booked 2 dogs in for the same time online, and it showed online as both dogs booked in at 10am. I then get a text to say only one dog is booked in. I asked about this and they said I’d have to come back an hour and a half later to bring my second dog, which was not informed anywhere before I queried the text, as online still said both dogs at 10am. I asked about this and she said there’s nothing she can do, meaning I had to do 3 trips to the salon that day instead of just dropping them both and picking them up. £20 for my puppy grooming, not bad but he came out looking absolutely traumatised and then £60 to wash my dog, unevenly shave him, clip his nails (a few have been missed) and my dog left extremely stressed. I have had grooms done at other groom rooms and my dog has always had a good time and smelt amazing, this was a standard bath. After this I will not be returning to this groom room.
