She's done nothing wrong at all, I'm sure she is an excellent employee but this American fake customer service bull I can't stand. I have been served by her several times over the last year or two. Earlier in the week I wanted to pick up a treat for my dog as he'd had a hard time at the vets upstairs. I was nearly at the till when I saw it was her on, I put the treat back and walked out, no way was I dealing with that after the stress of the vet! I now routinely go to Jolley's instead because I really can't deal with the fake saccharine customer service, and it's cheaper!
