- MMmaddieApr 23, 20261.0Was calling for two days straight no one answered the phone, so called the vets inside the store and asked a question about the main store since they wasn’t answering, all she would of had to do to answer my question was to tell someone in the pets at home shop to answer the phone or walk two steps into the store ? I understand it’s not there job but it’s just lazy if you don’t at least try help 😂 brought two rats on the 6th of April they was in a cage with two others came back yesterday as I wanted to go and buy there friends too was told I’m not allowed since I don’t have two cages, when I first brought the rats I was told ‘I can have even more than two in my cage as it’s big’ by a member of staff but no apparently I can’t have them as there from a ‘different pack’ not true as i literally recognise two of them from being there when I first got my other two. Which I told the member of staff who just replied ‘No?’ Anyone knows you can put rats who don’t know eachother (which they did anyway…) in the same cage as long as you introduce them properly before and take precaution. I don’t know why this staff acts like they care sooo much about the animals when theres 4 rats in a tiny tiny glass cage 😂 I’d like a response to this post. Edit as I wanted to add when I brought my rats they took all my details and said I’d get a call to check up on them after 3 days never got that call
